The night where Queer folks read their REAL teenage diaries live on stage!
An evening of nostalgia, silliness, and solidarity, featuring LGBTQIA+ grown-ups reclaiming our youth by sharing our earnest journal entries, angsty poetry, thirsty fan-fiction & more.
“If a Queer Diary event was held on the Moon, the most anti-capitalist queers would be befriending Bezos in hopes of a rocket ride.” – DIVA Magazine
"A space to look back on our formative years with laughter and kindness… Often funny, sometimes moving and heart-warming, always entertaining" – Reviews Hub
Queer Diary is an open-mic style show.
Each event consists of a handful of different readers, so no two events are ever the same.
Readers sign up in advance to bring something they wrote in their teenage years, or "coming-of-age" era.
All LGBTQ+ adults are welcome to take part by sharing something from their younger-years on the mic.
